The Team
Tina Brewer and Keely Warren are the Principals of TK Yoga. Both hold Elder status at 5,000 hours of yoga teaching.
TK Principal & Registered Yoga Teacher 200/500/1000 Hour
Tina Brewer was born in Dunwich, a small hamlet on the Suffolk coast. Born into a spiritually minded family, she developed her gifts from a very early age. After a varied career, she came back full circle to spirituality — although, as she'd say herself, she never really strayed far from the path.
With family support, Tina opened and ran Lavender Lodge Clinic and The Linden Suite Co. in Suffolk. In 1998 she moved to the south of France to open a retreat for people seeking guidance and development away from busy city life. Over the years she has held classes in spiritual development, reflexology, massage, Tai Chi, Qi Gong, and yoga — in France and back in the UK.
Tina holds Diplomas in Yoga Therapy, Children's Yoga, health and fitness, massage, reflexology, Tai Chi, Qi Gong, Yoga, Reiki 1, 2 and Masters. Psychology and counselling. Teachers certificates from Suffolk University College, and more.
TK Principal & Registered Yoga Teacher 200/500/1000 Hour
Keely has been working as a holistic therapist since 1997, after gaining a diploma in Acupressure and massage. She spent seven years working alongside Tina at Lavender Lodge Clinic, teaching aromatherapy massage, reflexology, and Reiki to trainee therapists.
After a fall in 1993 left her with slight scoliosis, Keely discovered yoga's benefits first-hand. Her studies took a new direction in 2002 when she began training as a Hatha yoga teacher — and she has been teaching ever since, now running eight classes a week alongside her clinic work.
Tina and Keely came together to create TK Yoga Retreat, combining their decades of experience in yoga, holistic therapies, and teacher training across the UK and France.
